These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PARTY WITH NISH, LLC ("Party with Nish," "we," "our," or "us").
Due to the custom nature of our event décor and balloon installations, Party with Nish maintains the following refund and cancellation policy.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until the retainer payment is received.
The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.
Events booked within two weeks of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
If an event is cancelled More than 48 hours before the event, payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 90 days of the original event date. Credits may also be transferred to another person. Design fees may apply if significant changes are requested.
If an event is cancelled Less than 48 hours before the event, 25% of the total payment will be forfeited due to materials purchased and preparation already in progress.
All décor and balloon installations are custom designed for each event. Because of this, returns are not accepted once services have been completed.
Designs are customized based on the original venue layout. If the event location or setup conditions change after installation begins (for example, moving an outdoor event indoors due to weather), additional fees may apply for adjustments.
Not all props, structures, or installations may be compatible with indoor height or space limitations. If you are unsure whether your venue can accommodate the design, we recommend scheduling a site visit prior to your event. Site visit consultations are available for an additional fee.
Some installations require additional time and labor depending on the venue layout. Events located on upper floors, locations requiring stair access, long walking distances from parking areas, or venues without elevator access may incur additional setup fees.
If you are unsure about your venue’s accessibility, we recommend discussing this with us prior to booking.
All bookings are subject to Party with Nish’s Event Agreement and Payment Policy.
